I lead a mighty team of designers and researchers from a wide range of backgrounds to craft and design innovative experiences for all digital touchpoints of the Maya experience - for Consumers as well as Businesses of all sizes.

Identifying and crafting new experiences for Huawei's EMUI platform as well as improving existing features to become world-class. Currently leading the UX strategy and design for AI products as well as incubating new products in the Innovation Lab.

Spent half my time launching Citymapper (tagline "the ultimate transport app") in Seoul and managing operations in Korea. Spent the other half working on a top-secret product as well as evolving their internal tools product.

Worked at Digital Customer Engagement @ HSBC Group Global Marketing. Cross divisional UX/CX subject-matter expert for various global digital projects and delivery programmes - covering web, mobile, tablet, wearables, etc. Launched a new global user research programme.

Worked at Samsung Design Europe, its European design & innovation centre. Led and delivered many multidisciplinary design/innovation projects for mobile/IT and digital appliance divisions. Topics range from long-term envisioning projects to near-term delivery work across various sectors.

I worked with the other Executive Committee members to ensure general smooth running and planning the future of the UXPA UK chapter. I was also responsible for maintaining and balancing budget. During my tenure, I hosted events on accessibility (also presented, in May ’10), on UX for social change (in May ’11), and on the UX of ubiquitous computing (in May ’12).

I was a manager-practitioner, providing hands-on user research, UX design, and accessibility work alongside project and client management, usability lab management and business development. Clients include Samsung, Vodafone, Nokia, Microsoft, the BBC, LV=, Amadeus, France Telecom and Sainsbury’s.  I also had a secondment at Vodafone's UE Research team for 4 months.

I managed staff, bookkeeping, customer support, marketing and the general smooth running of this central London-based Korean restaurant.
