I am a User Experience Researcher with a focus in UX Strategy and team alignment.

I believe in a work culture that finds harmony in creative and technical applications within an emotionally intelligent, supportive, and curious culture. I love helping people find their voice in the workplace and create meaningful problem oriented solutions. Think of me as equal parts technical and emotionally adept. Always more to grow and I'd say where they are are equal nonetheless :).

I started in tech about 7 years ago, but my career in user research didn't start until Microsoft of 2018. Since then I've worked on a number of projects from accessibility software to medical device consultancies and locally made products.
