Sessions with Will Paybarah

• General Mentorship Preview (30 min): Let's meet and get to know each other. I believe in investing in my mentees and want to see them succeed in achieving their career goals. Let's get to know each other over the course of an hour and see if we're a good fit for each other. If we decide we're a good match for each other, you'll be invited to have recurring meetings with me where we can go in depth into your goals and helping you achieve them.
• Ongoing Mentorship (60 min): How much is it worth to have a private mentor help you land a six figure salary? Over the course of 12 weeks, I'll help you go through resume review, portfolio review, tips and accountability on applications, interviewing prep, and salary negotiation. Whether or not you end up interviewing at a place during our 12 weeks, I'll work with you to set you up for success for when that time comes.
