- Strategically planning and efficiently managing diverse SMB client projects in
the HR, Health, and Tech space.

- Fostering collaborative partnerships with clients and their teams across
product, development, and marketing to deliver impactful designs.

- Crafted new internal scheduling product aimed at driver and manager audiences to eliminate reliance on third party tools and provide for more scheduling control. Increased driver show rate, reduced manager workload by 1 hr/week, and reduced yearly spend on third party tools by 200k.

- Collaborated with marketing to consolidate branding and establish the 1st version of Fetch’s component design library. Reduced development hours by 2 hrs/week per developer.

- Established UX processes and consolidated design and research software to reduce monthly cost by 50%, reduce document redundancy and improve information sharing within the product org.

- Led a team of 4 creatives across content strategy, business analysis, UX research and design to develop a self-servicing intranet for the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services to access, manage, and request patient data.

- Helped develop new UX research practices to educate designers on research standards and communication across department stakeholders. Created templates designers leveraged in daily interactions with clients.

- Oversaw new product features across all segments of the worker ecosystem
and coordinated deliverables with product owners and designers to ensure
design standards and experience remained consistent and cohesive.

- Leveraged UX research techniques to uncover audience needs through
moderated and unmoderated user interviews, card sorting exercises, JTBD
(jobs to be done), opportunity tree exercises, and user journey mapping.

- Architected a new design system, contribution process, and execution of
pattern updates across cross-functional design, development, and product
teams for prioritization exercises.

- Designed new product feature interactions within worker profiles to increase
engagement and improve data accessibility for better job matching.

- Redesigned the end-to-end website job search experience to increase
application flow, consolidate the desktop and mobile sites into one
manageable responsive site, and improve data analytics tracking.

- Designed the Career Sites MVP (Minimum Viable Product) from concept to
final hand-off, a self-service webpage builder for use by SMB and Enterprise
customers wishing to consolidate their job listings.

- Designed MPOWER’s website and oversaw the redesign process from concept
to final hand-off as well as the end-to-end development cycle.

- Managed projects such as the creation of an online borrower application and
referral feature while working with geographically remote engineering teams.

- Collaborated with customer service, management and engineering teams to
obtain and prioritize customer insights into sprints.
