Beyond 14 ys of technical career, I’m a certified Senior Career Coach, certified hypnosis coach with background in neuroscience and Life Coach. I understand how leave to deeper impression to interviewers, that's the 'secret' I helped many stand out with confidence.

What do I do? I help new grads, early stage individuals who feel lost in their job search to build clarity, confidence, and strategy, so they can stand out and pursue the role.

How do I do that? Instead of just simply tweaking résumés, interview or guessing through applications, I guide students to uncover what make them stand out and teach how to position that in their story , so they feel strategic and confident in interviews and get noticed by the right employers.

• Create a strategy to attack the market (50 min): Share the secret how to ask for more and negotiate effectively so that the company doesn’t kill the deal.
• Interview Coaching (50 min): Target audiences: New grads, student will graduate soon, Early-Career I heard from so many candidates that they were less confident when hop on the interview call or talk with some 'authority'. I heard many candidates that they are very skilled but curious why they didn't land offer after interviews and feel so frustrated after being rejected. You can find some answers here how to perform better and stand out. I'll leverage the skills of career coaching and mindset skills to help you practice and increase the confidence.
• Secret of Shining through Cover Letter (50 min): Leveraging my expertise from the International Association of Career Coach, let's apply the secret sauce of your cover letter: It can be the thing that moves your application from the “maybe” pile (or even the “no” pile) to the “yes” pile. Note: Please get your resume prepared also. Recommend having resume refining session first.
• Resume Refining (Boost impact) (50 min): Leveraging the techniques I got trained in International Association of Career Coaches, I helped many individuals(especially new grads, early career) personalize resume and refine to target jobs, highlighting achievements, and professional strengths. Note: Please have you existing resume ready.
• Mindset Shifts for Job Search Success (45 min): Are you bothered with uncertainty, self-doubt, and emotional highs and lows? Less confident during interview? In this session, we’ll focus on the inner game of job hunting. Using proven life coaching techniques, we’ll explore how to strengthen your mindset, overcome limiting beliefs, and rebuild confidence, even in the face of rejection or setbacks.
• Manage your Stress, burnout and energy (45 min): Partner you with the clarity, confidence and your innate wisdom to create a life that truly fulfills you. If you: Feel lost, stuck, overwhelmed, whether in life, relationships, or career decisions. Feel struggled with self-doubt, imposter syndrome, and fear of many things, low self-confidence. Feel burned out, emotionally drained, or disconnected from yourself and others. Let's explore your innate wisdom, strengths and reconnect with yourself, and create a balanced life that supports your growth.
