As an executive, it was really hard to maintain the business sustainability especially during this outbreak of world pandemic. Driven by the passion of helping the local start-ups in Myanmar, finally able to keep the Midas Creative on track by managing the operation procedures systematically and by forming the effective team. My mission and the reason for being with Midas Creatives is now successfully accomplished. It was short in terms of time but the results are so fruitful. And I am proud of myself to be able to help one more start-up.

Flexible pass is a fitness pass that can be used for a wide variety of fitness activities at over 50 gyms/fitness centers across in Yangon.
•	Partner with the management team to assess and improve the current business process in terms of marketing, human resource and communication & PR. 
•	Organize and execute the assigned business project including talent acquisition, promotional campaigns, event, partnership etc.
•	Monitor the current business operation and internal communication to make sure that the qualified customer service has been provided
•	Work closely with operation team to keep them updated on process changes regarding collaboration with other respective business 
•	Develop a detailed business plan to drive small or radical changes 
•	Provide guidance for any occurring problems and issues

Myanmar Gold Coin is Myanmar branch of Gold Coin holding is shrimp hatchery business collaborated with Department of Fisheries under of Ministry of Livestock’s, Fisheries and Rural Development
•	Under Business Director’s instructions, handle the operational procedure, systems and principles in the areas of information flow and management. 
•	Perform a meaningful role in business administration, human resource management and export license category.  
•	Building strong relationship with stakeholders: government, customers and technicians of Ministry of Livestock’s, Fisheries and Rural Development
