Rotterdam is the second-largest city in the Netherlands, where I served in two key roles: BI Team Lead and Data Project Manager.

BI Team Lead

As the Team Lead for a 15-20 member Data Analytics and Competence Center (DACC) team, I worked with data warehouse specialists, data analysts, data brokers, product owners and data advisors.
 • Developed and implemented a growth strategy for the next 12 months, securing buy-in from the team and key stakeholders.

As lead in customer analytics, I oversee the analysis of customer behavior and operational data. My role includes establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and developing advanced customer analytics to enhance customer understanding, streamline processes, and drive data-driven success strategies.

I ensure insightful evaluations of our operational efficiency by examining diverse data sources such as billing history, support interactions, chat logs, credit notes, emails, surveys, and company profiles

In my role, I was responsible for conceptualizing and envisioning the platform, designing its architecture, overseeing implementation, managing the market launch, and onboarding initial customers. While an external development company developed the web application, I took charge of designing and implementing the data workflows, data models, BI and dashboards.

As Head of Data & Analytics, I have worked on making the organization more data-driven, by shifting from a "black box" to a transparent, insight-rich operation. This transformation includes the establishment of a central, cost-efficient data warehouse that not only provides automatic and reliable insights into past performance but also enables us to predict future outcomes with confidence.

In my role, I support management in creating and implementing various growth plans. I ensure compliance with the AVG policy and have brought together client and external data sources to enhance customer understanding and streamline work processes. The management team now receives automated daily reports, allowing L1NDA to better explain and anticipate performance trends.

This integration connects the supply of self-employed individuals and freelancers with the demand from SMEs for last-minute workers, enhancing operational flexibility and efficiency.
 • Orchestrated the entire project lifecycle from conception through launch and adoption phases.

As a co-founder of L1NDA, I, along with our team, developed the largest online workforce

people, we grew our customer base to over 2,500 businesses and established partnerships with 
more than 20 strategic integration partners.
