-Collaborative UX Operation: Led preliminary research, design iterations, and usability tests of a north star vision for a developer tool. A new calendar view experience gained universal endorsement from top-tier stakeholders across design, product, and engineering sectors.
- Leadership in User-Centric Design: Solely responsible for conceptualizing and prototyping the homepage of the developer tool, from initial card-sorting to securing stakeholder buy-in at all-hands product meetings.

- Build responsive web mockups to assist engineers in performing A/B tests on the corporate website and implement HTML & CSS code via AEM
- Optimized workflow to standardize digital assets usage and created a website UI style guide. As a result, the image size was reduced, and the loading time of the website was reduced by 1 second on average
- Assist data-driven SEO strategy research and delivered a data visualization report that included high-frequency keywords later used as labels on AEM and metadata for the website
