Crafted and executed a comprehensive strategy to align Adobe's six siloed review services.

Collaborated with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to align the UX with the master visual design system. Developed variations of each control to meet the unique needs of different app teams.

Club Penguin Website Redesign and Team Alignment
Implemented the design thinking process and integrated research findings to drive a comprehensive redesign of the entire website. Successfully aligned seven different teams, including marketing, in-game animation, customer support, commerce, and membership, to deliver a cohesive redesign project. Launched the redesigned website, resulting in a 23% increase in memberships.
