I started my career in France as a developer (as in: the only developer). I built up myself enough to create two unsuccessful companies. Eventually, I moved to Canada and joined a product-led organisation, and grew their engineering as an individual contributor, then a platform engineer, and then a team lead/manager. I've recently moved to France and joined my current organisation, Akeneo, to work in a more challenging product organisation (>150 persons). I'm currently shaping the platform engineering culture to transform previous technical silos (infrastructure, operations, delivery, security, ...) into internal products. My passion is applying my design thinking and system thinking experience to design and nudge socio-technical systems (a.k.a. organisational design).
