- Collaborated in building a scalable end-to-end eGrocery management system to automate the process for online ordering till the door delivery, using ReactJs, Redux-Saga, and .Net following the Clean Architecture.
- Maintained and developed 5 different apps from our multi-app management system to enhance their performance, speed, and sustainability.
- Responsible for building the system’s Delivery and Routing frontend app from scratch.
- Provided and implemented technical solutions to optimize one of our features by more than 75% in time (from 10 seconds to less than 2 seconds).
- Worked with project managers, developers, and quality assurance to resolve technical issues and analyze potential system solutions based on involving client requirements.

- Built a customizable ERP system for Small and Medium Enterprises. The ERP system consisted of 5 main modules and they were designed to be easily connected or used separately.
- Implemented different apps and websites using the MERN stack for different customers.
- Built pipelines and basic infrastructure with different environments to smooth out the testing and delivery process for the clients.
- Kept the projects on track by implementing agile methodologies using tools such as Kanban boards and workflows.
- Maintained the implemented ERP systems for our customers and other apps by optimizing the performance of the apps and fixing bugs.
- Was responsible for building the technical team and managing them using the agile methodology.
- Translated business requirements to technical specifications.
- Generated a schedule of tasks to complete and assign them to the team.

ProClubs was found in 2019. It is a software application that helps the football players to play football as if they are professional football players.
The application is developed using MERN Stack.

Working as a Teaching Assistant for an introduction Computer Science course, I was responsible for the lab where I control more than 20 students and teach them how to code in python.

This was the first online store for sailing equipment in Egypt. It was a page created on Facebook. I imported the equipment from London UK and then sell it online through the page to the Egyptian sailors. The store was working excellent for around a year until the economic crisis which was in mid-2016.  The economic crisis directly affected the store as the equipment price was nearly tripled.
