As a Marketing B2B Regional Manager my first project was to build the Marketing team from scratch.
- We quickly analyze the brand and its positioning in different countries.
- We formulated 25 new email marketing campaigns for leads, mql and sql with 10 new templates within Hubspot.
- We implemented a strategy for writing articles, social media content, downloadable content such as ebooks, guides and infographics, and resources for the brand's blog, which we relaunched in October 2021.
- We configure measurement tools for the new SEO and SEM strategy.
- We generated the team processes with the corresponding documentation.
- We are planning an Academy and audiovisual content project to professionalize clients.

Within the Marketing team I led as project manager the challenges of renewing the brand's value proposition, improving SEO positioning and building customer loyalty from all existing contact points at the time.

These projects included:
- The relaunch of the website.
- Structure and implement email marketing campaigns, notifications and product tours
within the platform.
- Coordinate and carry out changes with an SEO agency to boost the organic positioning of the website and more than 50 active landings.
- Build a battery of webinars and online events for clients, with partners and internal clients.
- Planning with editors the development of articles for the official blog.

In the Cliengo product team, I ran Intercom as the main tool, in which I generated all the product communications with the objective of adopting each feature of the platform and nurturing the client so that they can make a correct and complete use of the tool. As well as generating more revenue and retention.
- Managed the internal communication of releases and simple improvements.
- User behavior measurements and analysis were through Hotjar, G Analytics, Amplitude and app consoles (Android and IOS).
- The work methodology was based on Agile Scrum.
- I collaborated with prototypes in design and copywriting using Adobe Xd and Figma.
- The team was constantly researching active clients and target markets through user testing and database analysis.

As an account executive, I performed the maintenance and management of accounts for Digital Media Advertising.
- Mainly in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads, Youtube and more to the client's need. On these platforms, I performed optimization of guidelines and search for opportunities.
- Build Landing Pages on performance-oriented web design platforms.
- Tracking the main KPIs, measurements using GTM and basic Google Analytics setup.

Ristora was my first formal job in which I mainly performed commercial and client maintenance tasks that included search and customer acquisition among others. I ended up managing the commercial department with 2 people in charge.
- I participated in the design of new sales policies, control and coordination of marketing actions, strategic planning of the area, projection of new products and / or services and coordination of service improvement activities.
- I led the negotiation of rates and the assembly and monitoring of public and private tenders
