Acing technical interview questions

As the first design hire and only designer in the team, I spearheaded all design aspects, building products from scratch and shaping the company’s visual and functional identity:

- Shape the core design language and developing a comprehensive design system.
- Led the entire design process for all products up to the MVP stage within the first 6 months, including an ETH Staking Financial Web App and Node API Developer Tool.
- Develop & design full branding systems, as well as marketing and business development materials.
- Design and build the official website.
- Iterating on products based on clear goals and business objectives from 6 to 12 months, implementing user growth strategies that improved acquisition, conversion, engagement, and retention (ACER).
- Collecting feedback through user testing, workshops, and interviews to continuously refine and enhance product offerings.

Redesign the English official responsive website using user growth product strategies as solo designer. The outcome within just one week of the launch: a 158.9% surge in user growth, an extended interaction duration of 37 seconds, a 7% improvement in engagement rate, and a 162.7% growth in new user registrations.

As the first and main designer for RECUR Builder, I had a direct role in shaping the core design language, structure, templates, and overall UX for the platform. 

Working cross-functionally with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, I integrated and simplified complex systems and processes to create an intuitive and streamlined experience for users.

By prioritizing user-centric design, I helped create intuitive workflows for creating NFTs, building packs, scheduling campaigns, etc.

From designing intuitive workflows to creating a cohesive design system, my contributions helped establish the platform's aesthetic and usability.
