What mentees say
“Yan was helping me clean my logic after listen carefully on my thoughts and project details, gave me the practical feedback and recommendations on the presentation”
“Yan has been superb in helping me viewing a project through a recruiter's lens. Since I come from a different field, she was able to guide me and give me precise details to work on, which has given me a great perspective and clarity on how to view and present projects and even resume. She is probably the first mentor I have ever come across, who writes notes and gives great feedbacks.”
“I had two sessions with Yan, and both of them were absolutely amazing. She consistently prepared extensive notes and thoroughly reviewed the materials I provided ahead. And she always provides me with highly constructive feedback. Thank you so much, Yan!”
