Co-founder. Soyooz, an artificial intelligence recommendation engine, recommends, like the best advisor in the world, a personalized selection of products according to the needs expressed by users. This virtual advisor, consisting of a questionnaire and a reasoned recommendation, is installed in SaaS on our customers' sites.

My missions :
- Develop the product vision with technical and commercial teams.
- Industrialize the interface creation process (design system, UI, wireframes, etc.).
- Understand the expectations of end customers in order to produce a questionnaire
consistent and engaging (quantitative study analyzes, compilation of information
on the sectors, market benchmarks concerned, etc.).
- R&D on the functionalities to be developed (behavior analysis
users, ideation with the technical team, user tests ...).
- Create a protocol for verifying sessions on the basis of proto-personae, defined thanks to preliminary studies.
- Follow the installation of the module at our customers, advice on its promotion.
- Develop the courses based on the KPIs established with the client (HEART matrix to monitor engagement performance and user experience).
- Create a user test protocol in terms of quantity and quality (based on the SUS).
- Manage a team made up of a UI and a junior UX Researcher.
