Senior Product Manager at Thriveworks
Passionate mental health advocate. Lifelong optimizer. I work with clients on career/leadership coaching and breaking into consulting and product management.
Hi, I'm Yash. I'm a passionate mental health advocate and lifelong optimizer. I'm also a Heroic (heroic.us) peak performance and leadership coach, product manager, athlete, founder, teacher, and creator. My life’s work is helping other people reach their full potential.
Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors hiking and exploring, meditating, reading, riding my bike, cooking, traveling, and enjoying time in nature.
I’ve made my career working at world-class organizations and supporting entrepreneurs and leaders. My first job out of college was at a Big-3 management consulting firm, and I quickly realized that I needed to go small to work on the problems I cared about. My own struggles with mental health led me to join an industry-defining mental health tech startup, as employee #12 on the B2B side. Since then, I’ve led the growth of a team from 12 to 40+, developed the strategy to grow B2B revenue from 5% to 20% of the company, supported the product and data side of an acquisition, and worked with C-level executives across every function of startup and enterprise technology companies.
“My mentorship session with Yashas was insightful. His insights on identifying impactful business opportunities and setting incremental roadmaps were eye-opening.”
“My session with Yash was amazing! He was easily able to identify what my real concerns were in making my career move, and gave me solid advice and resources for each one. He was also really motivational and supportive which is extremely helpful when making a pivot like this.”
“Yashas was awesome! He was curious about understanding my situation and provided a direction for me to position myself better when looking for new roles. His feedback on my resume and the elevator pitch was quite valuable and will go a long way in helping me communicate my work better.”
