Hi, I'm Yash. I am the Chief Design Officer at Wualt, a wearable safety device for women, covering the app, dashboards and website. I also design client products with Native Teams.

Ten years in, most of it enterprise SaaS. At SHL I was a Senior Product Designer on assessment software, simplifying complex platforms and their data visualisation. At ARKK, data wrangling and financial workflow automation. Before that, four years at ZEN3 designing for Microsoft, including SharePoint.

Much of my work is AI now, on both sides. I've shipped AI products: Sayint, a conversation analytics platform, and a property enquiry chatbot for Caslyhomes. I build with it daily, Claude and n8n running research synthesis and production. I taught human-in-the-loop design for agentic AI at DSC Europe 2025 and keynoted Conf42 ML on emotion-aware UI.

I've mentored at Designlab since 2022, one to one across three tracks: weekly critiques, portfolio and case study reviews, and career conversations in between. Most are career changers on a first real project, or designers pushing mid to senior. Useful for: honest portfolio reviews, breaking into enterprise or B2B design, moving from visual craft into systems and strategy, weighing offers, and where AI fits in your practice.
