About Yasmin ELsamak
Staff Product Designer at WorkFlex
Hola, Hallo, Merhaba, Ciao, مرحباً! I’m Yasmin 👋
I’m a Principal Product Designer with 8+ years of experience designing complex, high-impact digital products across B2B and B2C.
My journey started in Egypt in 2016, and since then, I’ve been driven by one thing: turning messy, ambiguous problems into clear, scalable experiences that create real business impact.
I’ve worked across design research, service design, and product design—but my strength today lies in connecting all three to shape product strategy end-to-end.
Most recently, I’ve been leading design for B2B and B2B2C platforms in the travel and compliance space, including KAYAK for Business and WorkFlex—where I focus on simplifying complex workflows, aligning with engineering, and delivering measurable outcomes.
