I am a customer-obsessed Technology leader who specializes in various aspects of product development with the in-depth focus on user experience and design system management.

I've been shipping tech solutions for the last 20 years as a individual contributor and manager/director. I've been a designer, researcher, developer, a PM, a content strategist, and someone who manages them all.

My strongest sides are making the impossible possible, forming teams and initiatives from scratch or improving anything I inherit as well as building operational processes, strengthening cross-group partnerships, defining roadmaps, creating and managing product design solutions while applying user research. I enjoy turning experience design challenges into usable and simple solutions, and I'm known for moving mountains when it comes to design system management.

Most recently I headed up Calcite Design System at Esri. Prior to that, I was with Philips, Microsoft, Amazon, and innovative startups focusing on shipping products and design systems.
