Hi! 👋 I'm a brand/motion designer with some illustration on the side. In my career, I’ve worked as an in-house designer on a brand design team and also as the sole brand designer in a startup environment.
At every stage, I’ve always enjoyed working with other stakeholders (often introducing them to working with a designer for the first time!) and giving advice. Before ADPlist, some common mentoring q's I'd get (but not limited to) would be around brand design strategy (I’ve led complete brand refreshes for two companies), motion design as a function of brand design, and about portfolio reviews or offer negotiations.
