About YiJu Chung
Senior CX Research Analyst at Electronic Arts
Hi, I’m YiJu Chung, a UX researcher with experience in user testing, survey design, and product usability evaluation. I specialize in understanding user behaviors, pain points, and expectations to improve digital experiences. My work spans various research methodologies, including qualitative interviews, usability testing, and data synthesis, to inform product and design decisions.
I’m excited to become an ADPList mentor to share my knowledge, support aspiring UX researchers, and help them navigate their careers. Having benefited from mentorship myself, I want to give back by guiding others through the challenges of UX research, whether it’s breaking into the field, refining research skills, or presenting findings effectively. I look forward to fostering meaningful discussions and helping mentees grow in their UX journeys!
