Hello, my name is Ying. With over three years of experience as a senior product designer, I've cultivated expertise in various areas such as design systems, interaction design, and DesignOps, primarily in the context of SaaS companies.

I can help you with

Design system management: Drawing from my experience, I can provide insights on creating and managing design systems to streamline design processes and ensure consistency.

Conducting design workshops: I can guide mentees on initiating and leading design workshops within their teams to foster collaboration and innovation.

Career development: I am here to offer advice and direction for addressing career-related questions and uncertainties that may arise.

I love helping people navigate the UX world – it can be tough out there, and we all need some guidance. Everyone deserves an opportunity to get a step closer to their dreams and discuss their concerns to develop their career.
