As a VP of Product Design at ServiceLink (part of Fidelity National Financial - NYSE: FNF), I oversee the company's product design division and lead product innovation for AI-powered Mortgage FinTech products that drive customer experience and business growth. In the past 6+ years, I grew from an individual contributor to a team leader with a firm vision to create beautiful products that make a business impact. On this journey, I have received industry awards including 2024 Rising Star and 2023 Tech Trendsetters by HousingWire and 2021 40 Under 40 by National Mortgage Professional Magazine.
Before joining ServiceLink in 2017, I had been versed in multiple cultures, I had worked as a UX Designer for 3 years at Bosch USA and Bosch Germany, where I focused on transferring the Internet of Things (IoT) and Machine Learning research outcomes to end-user oriented business applications. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from Hangzhou Dianzi University in China, a Master's degree in Product Service System Design from Polytechnic University of Milan in Italy, and an MBA degree from Carnegie Mellon University in the US.
