Senior Product Designer at Grab
Hello! I'm Yu-Chi Tan (Or you could call me Lucy.) 👋 I started my career in the software industry in 2017 and am now a senior product designer based in Singapore.
In previous days, I managed to: Invited for interviews by managers and get multiple offers when I was finding my first full-time job Strived as the only designer in the startup company Led user research to influence product strategies and OKRs. Build up cross-department workflows out of a messy condition.
The process was challenging, but I gained more than what I invested. I learned a lot from other seniors throughout that time, and I plan to contribute to the community now!
