Empowered Niantic to further grow its game business (particularly Pokemon GO) from planet-scale data and proprietary data technologies. 

Led the strategy and product development of Niantic Player Journey platform for its massive 230M players (up to $1B revenue), covering real-time analytics, segmentation, omni-channel marketing, survey sentiments, A/B testing, and in-game optimization. 

Led the design, development, and migration of Niantic’s in-house marketing orchestration platform, enabling real-time location and sentiment-based marketing solution, lifting direct revenue from Pokemon GO by $20M.

Covered two strategic data and AI products for Medallia. Both were highlighted in Medallia IPO (2019) S1 filing.

Managed the entire data activation flow throughout Oracle Data Management Platform (formerly BlueKai, the fulfillment engine of Oracle Data Cloud). 

Led product development of top strategic features, including cross-channel ads targeting, identity graph, audience builder, campaign management platform, audience reach projection system, campaign delivery monitoring and reporting. 

Drove the development of BlueKai's cross-channel targeting system from initial ideation to product release.
