Sessions with Yuan Wang

  • Mentorship Session (30 min): General mentorship

What mentees say

β€œI had a meeting with Yuan last week, and she is a wonderful and experienced mentor! As one review mentioned below, she created a positive and supportive environment and is so easy to talk to as well. Yuan reviewed a couple of my case studies and I received very clear and actionable advice on them, especially regarding one of my more difficult ones. Highly recommend booking a session with her!”

Mari Woodworth, Product Design Intern at Morning Brew

β€œMy first group session with Yuan has been a really insightful one. She guided us through the difference between mentoring and coaching. I was able to use those principles immediately. It may need deliberate practice to get better for sure but at least now I will be really mindful to use them in the situation allows. Very help session and I hope there will be more from Yuan!”

Ann Tai, Product designer at buffer

β€œI did a power hour with Yuan, and it was a great experience. She gave great insights on what it takes to get into a company like AirBnb, and also went through one of my case studies, both highlighting the strengths and pointing out areas of improvement.”

Timothy Tseng, UX Designer at Unemployed
