Product Designer at Paperless Post
Hi, I am Yue! I’m excited to connect and support your journey. Currently, I don’t open scheduled sessions—please DM me or join the waitlist to arrange a time.
I hold a Master’s in Information Science from Cornell University and transitioned from Urban Design to UI/UX by DIY-ing my application and portfolio. Now, I help others pivot into design.
I’m a Senior Product Designer at Paperless Post with 6+ years of experience across consulting, startups, and app design. While I lack big company experience, I specialize in guiding aspiring designers and career switchers.
Over 4 years, I’ve mentored 60+ students, helping them craft personal statements and portfolios for top HCI programs (Cornell, Duke, Imperial College London, etc.) and assisting some land on their first UX job.
Here’s how I can help: Applying for HCI school program (portfolio/PS reviews) Career transitions into UI/UX or Product Design Growing from junior to mid/senior designer Resume and portfolio feedback
If you’d like to book a session, share your current role and goals so I can better assist you. Looking forward to connecting!

I had many questions about job hunting, and I truly appreciate her ability to zoom out and identify the bigger challenge—how I present myself and the broader information architecture of my website. On top of that, everyone will love her personality—she’s detail-oriented, patient, and super transparent. She really cares!!!”
