Coherent is a SaaS startup owning the technology to convert spreadsheets into enterprise-grade code.

Missioned to bring user-centricity into the team and the products, helping some of the largest brands in insurance and financial services save millions of dollars per year in coding costs alone.

AutoScout24 is the largest pan-European online car marketplace.

As the product manager of the leasing product line, I was focused on converting AutoScout24 users into leasing leads, and successfully increased the lead conversion rate by 20%.

Transsion is a public tech company with more than 50% of Africa's mobile phone market share.

In my role as Senior Product Manager in the Mobile Internet Center, I took over a native Android mobile security & performance app called Phone Master, and focused on improving the activation and engagement of the product.

As a result, the daily active user scaled 4x from 5 million to 20 million, and user engagement metrics increased by 56%.

Super Effective is a startup with a multi-million dollar seed round to build a social sharing app, SELECT.

As the first product hire, I led the product, design, and engineering team through a refactor phase from start to end. Launched the refactored and redesigned app with better technical performance and growth-focused user experience.

Vincross is a robotic startup backed by top-notch international VC funds. The company’s first consumer product is a six-legged programmable robot called HEXA.

As Director of Product & Design at Vincross, I was responsible for building and launching all software products around HEXA. I built a team of six people including product managers and designers from scratch. As a result, we shipped a series of products that made Vincross's robotic platform complete in record time.

Products shipped:
* HEXA App - An app that connects to HEXA and controls the robotic apps on HEXA.
* Skill Store - An robotic application (i.e. skill) store for HEXA that allows developers to publish the skills they built for HEXA, which end users can install and use on their own HEXA.
* Developer Tools - HEXA Simulator, SDK & documentation, and IDE.
* Vincross Website - Including an ordering system (contributes about 30% of the sales), and a customer support ticketing system.
