About Yuli Mitsner

Principal Product Manager at Cygnvs Inc.

I am a Principal Product Manager with 8+ years of experience across cybersecurity, fintech, and insurtech, spanning three startups from early-stage to scale. Currently at CYGNVS, where I lead product strategy for an out-of-band incident response platform, with a focus on AI-driven automation for crisis conditions.

My career started in technical writing and evolved through hands-on product ownership: managing releases, leading client relationships, and building products from zero. I've shipped across web and mobile, worked closely with engineering and design, and developed a strong intuition for where automation helps and where it gets in the way.

I mentor on product strategy, roadmapping, customer discovery, cross-functional leadership, and the messy reality of building products in high-stakes domains. I'm most useful to PMs who are navigating ambiguity, figuring out what to build, how to prioritize, or how to translate complex technical problems into clear product decisions.
