About Yuliia Kovalova
Product Manager at HERE
I’m a Product Manager with over 15 years of experience working in tech — from large international companies to fast-moving startups. I’ve led product teams, built new products from scratch, and helped teams work better together through clear structure and communication. Recently, I also started an offline business in Berlin — which gave me a fresh perspective on customer needs, MVP thinking, and what it really means to build something from zero. I mentor women in tech and support junior and mid-level PMs who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure about their next step. I can help you: understand different PM roles and where you fit, get clarity on your goals, improve your roadmap, prioritization, and team processes, and feel more confident in your day-to-day work. If you're navigating change or want to grow as a PM — I’d be happy to support you.
