•	Lead development of an MES and machine-telemetry platform for CNC-based discrete manufacturing; responsible for architecture, data operations and AI integration with a team of 3 engineers.
•	Built shop-floor connectivity using OPC UA, MTConnect, MQTT and Fanuc FOCAS; scaled the connected-machine network to 150 machines across 30 client plants.
•	Implemented AI-supported quoting and CAM-automation features with digital-twin job validation, reducing first-article scrap in pilot deployments.
