Hi, I’m Yuting. I hold a PhD in Human–Computer Interaction from the University of Maryland’s iSchool and a Master’s in Communication, Culture, and Technology from Georgetown University. I began my career in academia and later transitioned into industry, where I’ve built years of experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research that drives product strategy.

I’m currently a UX Researcher at Intuit, the global financial technology company behind TurboTax, QuickBooks, Credit Karma, and Mailchimp.
