-Started as Software Engineering Client Manager for two of the largest product areas at Google. Worked directly with Directors and Executives to create and execute talent mapping, representative hiring strategies and work streams.

Recruited top IT talent for leading hedge funds, investment banks and ﬁn-tech companies. Handled high volume recruiting while also helping to train and mentor junior recruiters

Responsible for handling full recruitment lifecycle while building relationships with hiring managers in order to better understand their hiring needs and ﬁll their open requirements.
