A passionate user researcher that loves nothing more than to solve business problems through a deep understanding of clients/people. My horse is hitched to a post at the intersection of business needs / constraints, client needs, and visual storytelling. With a background in film, social sciences, and a deep love for storytelling, I bring a unique perspective to my work, using video and visual techniques to illuminate insights in an impactful way.
