I’m Zahid Shaikh, a Creative Director with over two decades of experience in driving impactful brand communication across platforms. My journey has taken me through some of Asia’s most respected creative agencies including Ogilvy & Mather, JWT, Cheil Worldwide, Equus Red Cell, Star TV, and Salt Brand Solutions—followed by leadership roles at brands like Blinkit (formerly Grofers), Winzo, and Cleartrip.
Today, I run my own creative studio, Zash Design, where we partner with purpose-led brands to craft compelling narratives, AI-integrated campaigns, and high-impact visual storytelling.
My expertise spans brand building, ad film direction, integrated campaigns, and managing cross-functional creative teams. Whether it’s ATL, digital, print, in-app content, or BTL activations—I bring a holistic, results-driven approach to every project. I have led large teams where I have overseen the entire communication for the brand. I also have experience in creating an in- house team, who understands the brand better than outsider. I often love to mentor juniors and show them the path to upgrade their career
