As a CEO and Co-founder, my focus is to deliver end-to-end concept, design, and engineering of innovative digital products, award-winning websites and disruptive mobile apps. I constantly experiment with the most advanced technologies in order to find a solution for every business challenge.

As a CTO, I was responsible for leading the technology part at Jambro which includes App Development including UX for iOS/Android platform along with Web Development, also managing a super talented team of passionate professionals to develop a product on a global level.

I was responsible for working with business units to gather and assess requirements and make recommendations on potential solutions with given and new technologies. Overlook and mentor team resources, working to provide consistent and systematic improvements in production quality and ensuring adherence to defined timelines.

Responsible to deliver the product as per the requirements, and assist project manager and lead design and development team members in making sure the product is delivered on time, in budget and satisfying the desired quality. Also involved in requirement analysis, technical documentation and leadership.

Core Responsibilities: 
○ Providing business with scope of work and estimates.
○ Working in collaboration with Software Architects to define the system architecture and design.
○ Monitoring and enforcing the system architecture during the entire life cycle of a project.
○ Providing technical direction for the development, design and systems integration from definition phase through implementation.
○ Executing development plan and revising as appropriate to meet changing needs.
○ Assigning tasks to relevant resources and keep a check on task completion by maintain hours being spent on each task.
○ Maintaining code repositories in order to support builds in development, QA, staging and production environment.
○ Performing code reviews and mentoring team members.
○ Facilitating Project Manager by owning the complete development life cycle and by managing technical risks throughout the project.
○ Holding regular status meetings with development team.
○ Capability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
○ Good communication ability, analytical and problem solving skills and a highly professional attitude.

To coordinate all tactical activities of client engagements to ensure that project goals are accomplished within the prescribed timeframe, scope and project parameters. Responsible for creating project timelines, client communication, status reports and supporting project teams.
