Hi, I’m Zakarias.

I have more than five years of experience working in UX research across complex technology, media and news-driven organisations. My work has focused on end-to-end research and concept development, from exploring problem spaces and user needs to helping teams translate insights into clear product direction.

I’ve led and contributed to research initiatives that support product strategy and decision-making, often in environments where many stakeholders, priorities, and constraints need to be aligned. Because of that I know the importance of stakeholder management and ensuring that research leads to real business and user outcomes, not just good documentation.

I’m drawn to mentoring because I genuinely enjoy helping people grow and find confidence in their own thinking. I try to stay humble, curious, and practical, and I’m especially motivated by supporting others as they develop their skills, judgment, and voice as UX practitioners.
