About Zdenek Kuncar
Design Director at Productboard
I currently lead the Design team at Productboard, a company I've been with for 6+ years.
Over those years, I've had the pleasure to work with many talented designers and design leaders who I got to learn from and it makes me happy to be able to pass the knowledge on to others and help them grow.
I'm fluent in building out design teams, hiring, career growth conversations, design team rituals, reviews of design work, designers' portfolio and much more...
