As a director, my role now focuses on collaborating with senior executives at our clients at a strategic level;  I work with my expert colleagues at BCG to bring the best of our firm, to solve your hardest problems

In this role, I help clients with complex technology strategy and digital questions that result in transformation and realization of value. An example of the type of questions I help with are:

'What are the right things to invest in as we consider our business ambition?' How are we doing when compared to the market and leading peers?
'How do we optimally organize our teams and digital platforms; What is the right operating model so we are ready for the future?
What is the best strategy for next gen ERP implementation? What are value-added functions to consider?
How do we adopt the latest tech trends such as multi-cloud and data mesh? How do we make it work with our legacy SAP?
What is the right pathway to modernize our mainframe? How do we go to a microservices architecture without disrupting our business?
What is the case for change? How do we build the business case to convince our stakeholders?  What is the right % of investment for my industry?

I co-served as a lead for the enterprise applications practice which focuses on large ERP transformations, Tech strategy, PMI and large-scale recovery.

I am responsible for IT implementations at PriceWaterhouseCoopers USA. This involves a broad range of responsibilities and project types. This role has allowed me to lead the delivery of new product deployments, DevOps functions, participate in road map planning for the IT landscape, broaden my expertise from SAP to Peoplesoft and IBM. It is an engaging experience where I deal with stakeholders from PwC different Lines of services, advisory,  US IT, IFS etc. Some of my responsibilities include:

• Managed entire product lifecycle from initiation, planning, tactical execution & client demonstrations for PwC enterprise products
• Identify product opportunities,understand customer needs, requirements, develop new products and enhance existing products
• Provide cost estimation & risk assessment for products supporting PwC’s strategic objectives 
• Prepare & maintain scope, project plans, budget and change management requests
• Conduct contract management (FP, T&M, CR) and manage statement of works (SOW) and statement of understanding(SOU)
• Lead project teams in developing solution (design thinking, UI, wireframing,CRUD Matrix ,Agile)  
• Conduct Process Collaboration and Improvement workshops with internal teams 
• Track project budgets, forecasts, actual dollars & hours by each resource by week
• Road map new technology initiatives in the IT landscape with C-level executives

Aside from the responsibilities at PwC I have been involved in SAP specific product placement for clients: Fiori, Personas etc. I have also been involved in working Sales RFPs developing the IT governance model and working on the estimation/solution for the global outsourcing/services model

Oversaw project management of a variety of business automation & integration projects for a global energy client in the critical hydrocarbon department from conception to completion

•Drove sales by leading project bids with key customers, creating technical proposals to support the success of the sales team, and helped identify opportunities to increase win ratio by 50% beating out competitors such as KPMG, Wipro, HP and Deloitte.

• Performed initial configuration of new BI 7.0 landscape including defining source systems
• Installed business content for (SD, MM, FI, COPA. PP) and created customer info-objects as per approved BI data model.

• Scoping & Design of MM/FI/HR Workflows: Integration of workflows(release strategies/invoice posting) with MS outlook using security certificates/SAP single-sign on
• Integration of DMS (Document management system) with SAP through Microsoft SharePoint Server; using .NET Data Provider for mySAP Business Suite. Explanation of I-views and its portal integration to client IT users
• Developed MM/PM smart-forms/ALV reports/master data uploads (BDC/LSMW)

• Successfully delivered all objects and implemented the go-live cut-over
