I am a Content Strategist with experience working in SaaS, Fintech, and eCommerce. My past clients include Apple, Microsoft, Meta, Autodesk, and Western Union. I started working in SEO originally, but I transitioned to Content Strategy in 2012 and have been working in this space since then. I love the nerdy things about CS like IA, taxonomy, nomenclature, navigation design, chatbot design, error message strategy, and process development, governance, and documentation.
