About Zhiqi Lin
Principal Product Designer at Ingram Micro
Hi, I’m Zhiqi Lin (ZK), who is currently principal product designer from Ingram Micro. I am a system-minded designer and technologist focused on building emotionally intelligent, AI-powered tools for overlooked users. With a background in Human-Computer Interaction and front-end engineering, I create enterprise-scale solutions that bridge logic, empathy, and scalability.
At Ingram Micro, I lead design for AI-powered recommendation systems, sales assistant tools, and intelligent chatbots — used by global resellers and internal teams to make smarter, more accessible decisions. My work has driven over $70M in revenue impact and earned recognition through the iF Design Award.
I'm also the creator of COCO, an AI health assistant for older adults, honored with the A' Design Award and Muse Design Award for its innovation in emotional AI and inclusive design.
I’ve served as a jury member for several international design awards and speak on accessibility, human-centered AI, and inclusive UX.
On the side, I explore creative tech through projects like Cook.it — a food-to-recipe generator powered by image AI.
