About Ziba Ekber
Senior Automation Engineer at Alarm.com
I’m a Certified Senior Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Engineer with over 6 years of experience blending UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, and a passion for business process optimization. I don’t just automate tasks—I help businesses design smart, scalable automation solutions that cut out the busywork and unlock real efficiency.
But my work doesn’t stop at the technical. I’m just as passionate about people as I am about processes. I’ve mentored junior developers, coached peers, and led workshops that make automation less intimidating and more exciting—for both technical and non-technical audiences. I believe great tech teams thrive on strong communication, collaboration, and a bit of humor in the chaos.
As a mentor, I love helping professionals break into the world of automation, sharpen their technical chops, and level up their leadership and soft skills. I also offer interview prep—from confidence-boosting behavioral mock interviews to soft skill coaching—because landing the job should be just as strategic as building a bot.
