Design Researcher at Deloitte
I’m a design researcher and strategist with 8 years of combined design practice and education in service design, UX, and communication design.
I started my career in the social innovation tech space before pursuing a master’s in Transdisciplinary Design. These days, I've been working on shaping products and services for Deloitte’s Government and Public Services clients.
I have experience in academic and UX research, tech start-up and consulting environments, working in Asia and the US, and collaborating with a team of researchers and being a solo researcher building research capabilities from the ground up.
I strive to learn something new everyday - and one of the best ways to learn is to teach. I've had the privilege of meeting people who have supported me in navigating my career, and I want to pay it forward by offering any guidance that I can to anyone who might be going through similar experiences I've had/am having (the good and the bad!).

“I had a great conversation with Zoe, and I really appreciated how open and approachable she was. She shared her experiences working in the field, along with some of the challenges she’s faced, which I could relate to. She shared her experience very transparently and answered all my questions in detail. I came away feeling more motivated and informed.”
“Zoe provided valuable insights on how I can improve my approach to engaging with stakeholders, highlighting the importance of treating them similarly to how I treat users.”
