I was really keen on doing the TA role from the beginning of my course. I really love General assembly company culture and dynamic. I have always incorporated teaching in my career and this TA role was a great transition of my previous experience to my new career. I always loved education and I am passionate about UX, so it really is an amazing opportunity for me. 

My role consisted in assisting and supporting the students in class with their course materials, their projects, and sometimes their emotional distress often due to the pace of the course. I also did lectures, mostly on social media and act as a tech support for all their software problems. 

Finally, not only this experience consolidate my skills, but I also feel now confident to train people in the UX principles. 

Result: We scored 94.12% of satisfaction amongst our students. This satisfaction level is the highest for all GA courses around the world.

During my studies at General assembly I have been tasked with four projects. The last one was a client project. 
My client was Techhub, a global tech community. They are offering coworking and collaborative spaces in eight different cities around the world including London.  Even though they have a really high quality product in their competitive landscape their website was not properly reflecting their offering. 
Our brief was to redesign the homepage, event page and apply process to increase relevant applications and event attendees. We quickly realised through user research and usability testings that the key to the problem was an easy and clear access to Techhub's offering and values from the home page, and for the rest of the website our challenge was to keep the user engaged.

The UXDI course is 10 weeks immersive User Experience  course where we learn and implement the principles of UX such as user research, design, prototyping and iteration process in a lean and agile way. To validate our course we are tasked with 4 projects. The first 3 were concept projects however our final project involved real clients that came to GA with a problem and it was up to us to solve it in 2 one-week sprints. 

Final Project for Techhub, 2 weeks:
Working in an agile team of three, we attempt to solve a problem of information access on Techhub's website. Thanks to user interview and usability testing we identified what was crucial in our redesign to clearly communicate to users Techhub's offering and drive people to the events and application page. 

Concept project 3: Feature for Meetup.com 2 weeks:
In a small agile team of four we were tasked to add a feature to Meetup.com. We've designed a matchmaking tool for organisers to find the perfect venue as a new feature build in Meetup site. Venues will also be able to promote their space and be matched with relevant organisers avoiding waste of time. 

Concept project 2: Microsite: Meal Planner for Waitrose:2 weeks, individual project:
I’ve designed a meal planner in the form of a microsite for Waitrose. My design aimed to inspire users, provide an easy access to the information they were after and be able to have a quick and easy checkout process. 

Concept project 1: Mobile Application Handy Me, 2 weeks, individual project:
For my first project I had to design an app that would improve the daily life of one of my classmates. My proposed solution was an easy to use DIY tutorial database, with Siri command and an interface that would make the use of the app easy while doing DIY. I called it handy me. Understand and master all aspects of make up and hair to ensure a varied, exciting and busy career within the Film, Television, Theatre and Fashion Industries.
LSMM founder and principal is BAFTA winning makeup artist Jeanne Richmond, all of our tutors are top of their specialised field. the school is based within a leading photographic studio in between Old Street and Angel.

GGL group is a construction and real estate company. I was recruited to come up with a project to modernize their communication and marketing strategies. We worked on sky view video of the operations to be diffused through social media and web communication strategies. I also designed for them a satisfaction survey and consolidate their client database. Finally, because GGL's activities are highly linked to local politics, I implemented a system to monitor Twitters, Facebook’s and Blogs of local politic figures.

•	Development of awareness of the company and its employees in the use of social media

I was responsible for the management and facilitation of social networks for several companies such as bars, restaurants, hotels, shops, and corporate internet services, in Montreal. I was also in charge of administrative maintenance and major project marketing promotion. I also had the opportunity to discover the world of event planning.


•	Managed social media for a portfolio of a dozen of customers 
•	Content creation intended for various marketing tools (contests, blogs, posters, newsletters...)
•	Development of communication plans for potential customers
•	Customer support and Development of organizational plans to help increase team efficiency and            ensure high quality work.
•	Development of a commercial blog to give access to influencer at our clients (3Filles, 1Ville)

When I came back from Canada I wanted to work and I started to help around people and companies that I knew with their online communication. This finally became a full time activity. 	

•	Presentation on the use of social media in the current business world 
•	Personalized training for personal and business development.
