I have a background in cultural, behavioural and evolutionary Anthropology and 10 years of experience in a range of company sizes, both in-house and consulting.

There are a lot of misconceptions out there regarding what good research is; but I am here to guide you, so you know: what shortcuts can be taken, when and the impact they will have how to mitigate and manage large data sets efficiently and importantly, how to get stakeholder and company buy in and take those findings to the next level.

I also know how to have all of those arguments you are likely to get regarding research and HCD design and can talk to you about how to manage resistance, gain confidence and deliver exceptional results and help you show your direct contribution to the growth of a company.

I have experience building and managing teams, creating trust and allowing teams to shine.
