As an Air Force veteran with a strong background in AI, data science, and content design, I bring a wealth of experience in enhancing customer experiences and driving product innovation. My expertise spans across Group Product Management, UX Research, UX Engineering, and Hardware & Software Design, allowing me to tackle a variety of challenges in these fields.
I have a proven track record in leading customer service initiatives, as well as developing and implementing design, product, and engineering training programs. My current focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) through quantitative research methods enables me to provide insightful guidance on complex data-driven projects.
