Hi, I'm Zunaidi, or call me 'Zoey' ✌🏼.Hailing from Kuala Lumpur, my work involves humanising experiences - through UX design, research and design thinking.
Everyday, I try to meaningfully bridge business and tech through design - and I'm fascinated by the many learnings along the way 💆🏼♂️.
I see the power design has as a tool for good intent and empowerment 🌞. Therefore, I strive for collaboration, empathy and understanding as catalysts to all my work.
I started my career as a client servicing intern at a renown branding agency (JWT Kuala Lumpur), and pivoted into the digital space through UX because someone believed in me 🙏🏼. I now work with teams to roll-out solutions that span across the country, region and beyond - most recently design a brand new digital bank for the underserved millions in Indonesia.
