About Franco Falaschi

I'm a Product Design Leader with over 15 years of industry experience. Currently, as a Principal Product Designer at a Web3 startup and a former Head of UX, I've excelled in mentoring teams, driving innovation, and scaling DesignOps in dynamic environments. I'm passionate about bridging the gap between design and development, and my technical background enables me to seamlessly integrate these domains.

Recognized as one of the 100 Most Impactful Mentors of 2022 by ADPList, I've guided over 400 product designers worldwide, focusing on career development, process improvement, and workplace conflict resolution.

My mentorship extends beyond professional guidance; it's about sharing a passion and a vision. Whether you're a junior developer aiming for your first job, a UX Designer aspiring to work globally, or seeking to step into a leadership role, I'm here to collaborate and support your journey to success.

Let's connect and transform your aspirations into reality!"
