Growing up in a very rural area where access to the internet — let alone career guidance — simply wasn't an option, I know firsthand how isolating it can feel to have ambition without direction. I was fortunate to cross paths with a few incredible people who saw potential in me and pointed me the right way, and that changed everything. Now, mentoring is my way of paying that forward, driven by a simple belief that the right guidance at the right moment can completely change someone's trajectory, and that no one should have to rely on luck to find it.
