Design thinking UX strategist 🚀, with experience in marketing, branding, design, front-end, research, and service design 🤓.

I am obsessed with offering the most customer-centric experience on the planet 🌎, showing proven success in ownership, a bias for action and thinking big. I like to work on some of the biggest design challenges and create solutions that builders will use to create the excellent products of tomorrow 🤩.

I help companies build better products and services 🙌🏻 through design strategies. I discover innovative solutions for business challenges, through understanding the users, their needs & solving they’re pains 😊.

My intention is to design strategic and insightful solutions 🚀 using human-centered design approaches that help products and services to become the best they can be 💪🏼. Also, I'm mentoring, teaching, and building a Design Research Community’s in Latam 🤓.

I have always been a doer 👾, even before I knew what that meant 😅. Part of who I am is loving the challenge of solving problems 🤯, looking at things from different perspectives, and figuring out the mystery of emotional connections—what makes us take action—we have with products, services, people, causes 🥰.

I like to establish trust relationships to build creative and collaborative teams.
I love pop culture, music 🎼 , cats 🐱, and learn is what most enjoy doing in the day 😍.

My goal has always been to create enjoyable, richer and seamless experiences, either designing something small to make your day better or designing complex systems that can have a tremendous impact in your life 😊.
